The Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31 2025 will be considered in the Board Meeting scheduled on May 21 2025. Accordingly the trading window for dealing in the Companys equity shares by the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives shall remain closed till the end of May 23 2025.
