Ruttonsha International Rectifier Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2013, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.75/- (i.e. 7.50 %) per Equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2012-13. This is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
