Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration committee the Board of Directors of the company has re- appointed Ms. Rita Bhimani (DIN: 07106069) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of four (4) years with effect from 13th January 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 are given in Annexure 1 respectively.We hereby confirm that Ms. Rita Bhimani (DIN:07106069) satisfies the criteria of Independence prescribed under the Companies Act2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations and that she is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
