Unaudited Financial Results:The Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereonare enclosed herewith in terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ListingObligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.2. Revision in the Policy for Determination of Materiality of Events:Revision in the policy for Determination of Materiality of Events in accordance with the amended SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015.
