Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that CRISIL Ratings Limited rating agency vide its letter dated July 25 2025 has reaffirmed the credit ratings assigned to the Bank Loan facilities of the Company as disclosed in the letter attached herein.
