PSV Jain & Associates (FRN: 131505W) Chartered Accountants from the office of Statutory Auditor of the Company.2. Appointment of Bhasin Hota & Co (FRN: 509935E) Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor of the Company in the casual vacancy caused by resignation of M/s. PSV Jain & Associates to conduct the Statutory audit for the Financial Year ended March 31 2025 based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee but subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained at the General meeting.3. Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 audited Financial Results of the Company for half year and year ended 31s t March 2025.4. Appointment of S K Dwivedi & Associates as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct the Secretarial Audit for the Financial Year 2024-25.
