Sandesh Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2025 along with the Reports of the Auditors thereon and to recommend a final dividend on the Equity Shares having a face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31 2025 for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
