with reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 Dated November 26 2018 we hereby confirm that our company i.e. SANTOSH FINE-FAB LIMITED is not a Large Corporate as per frame work and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular and therefore it is not applicable to the company.
