We wish to inform you that we have made timely disclosures of the events etc. required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 (Listing Regulations). We have been complying with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and have made disclosures of the requisite information within the prescribed timelines.At present to the best of our information there are no events / information etc. which require disclosure under the Listing Regulations that have a bearing on the operation / performance of the Company.Therefore we feel that the significant increase in the price of the Company is purely due to the market conditions.The trading window was closed effective Dec 16 2025 for the designated persons in view of consideration of financial results for the quarter ending on Dec 31 2025.We will ensure to make requisite disclosures of information as per Listing Regulations which may have a bearing on the price / volume behavior in our scrip.
