Hence filing the revised disclosure. This is to inform you that the allotment committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e 06th June 2025 had approved issued and allotted 16203 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the eligible employees of the Company on exercise by them of Stock options granted and vested under Saurashtra Employee Stock Options Scheme 2017 (ESOP Scheme ) (ESOP Scheme was first amended on 22nd April 2024).
