II) dated April 15 2024 issued by the Ministry of Heavy Industries Government of India Mr. Navin Kaul GM BHEL Jagdishpur has been appointed as a Chairman & Managing Director of Scooters India Limited on an Additional Charge basis with effect from April 25 2024 on cessation of Mr. Amit Shrivastav GH BHEL FSIP as a Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on completion of his term.
