Unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 31st December 2022;2. Unaudited Segment-wise Revenue Results Assets and Liabilities of the Company both Standalone and Consolidated for the quarter ended 31st December 2022;3. Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company Messrs. S S Kothari Mehta and Company Chartered Accountants on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 05:00 p.m. and concluded at 7:00 p.m.
