Semac Construction Ltd

Board of Directors in its Meeting held today has considered and approved to make investment by way of secondary acquisition of 5000 (Five Thousand) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 50% of the equity share capital of Semac Construction Technologies India Private Limited from its existing shareholders (i.e. Mr. Abhishek Dalmia and Mrs. Deepali Dalmia) at a total consideration of Rs. 50000 to be paid in cash subject to the compliance with the Companies Act 2013 Listing Regulations and other applicable laws and such other regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required.
