We hereby inform the exchange that in accordance with the letter of offer dated May 22 2025 and the basis of allotment finalised in consultation with the Registrar to the issue and the BSE Limited the Rights issue Committee of the Company at its meeting held on June 27 2025 has approved the allotment of 350000000 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each issued on rights basis at an issue price of Rs. 10/- per rights equity share (including a premium of Nil per share) of which Rs. 5/- is payable along with Application and Rs. 5/- is payable on First and Final Call.
