As per Regulation 30 and Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended) (the Listing Regulations) we had submitted copies of newspaper advertisement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 in Business Standard (English) and Arthik Lipi (Bengali) on 16th May 2025. Due to the Translation problem in the Regional Newspaper named Arthik Lipi (Bengali) which was discussed with the advertising agency on 16.05.2025 around 02.10 p.m. we are hereby submitting the Corrigendum to the newspaper publication of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025 that has been published in Arthik lipi (Bengali) on 17th May 2025. The aforesaid information shall also be available on the website of the company viz. www.ccapltd.in
