We enclosed herewith the certificate under Regulation 74 (5) of SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 received from M/s. MUFG Intime India Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of our Company.

Closure of trading Window for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025.

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors (The Board) of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. December 18 2025 inter alia approved change in borrowing facilities from banks.

Pursuant to regulation 47 of the SEBI (LoDR) Regulations 2015 that the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2025 were published in The Indian Express and Sandesh on 16th November 2025 edition.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LoDR) Regulation 2015 we have enclosed herewith Unaudited Financial Results (a) Consolidated and (b) Standalone for the Quarter and Half Year Ended on 30th September 2025 together with the review report by Statutory Auditor.
