Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that Honble National Company Law Tribunal Jaipur Bench has approved the voluntary liquidation of Shree Cement East Bengal Foundation a Section 8 Company and a Wholly-owned Subsidiary of Shree Cement Limited.
