In continuation to our letter dated 28th January 2025 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 5th February 2025 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 as reviewed by Audit Committee at its meeting held on 5th February 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for that period.
