The Investment Committee of the Company in its meeting held today approved an investment of upto INR 6 crores in Adhikosh Financial Advisory Private Limited (Kosh) by way of subscription to Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares for the acquisition of approximately 3.27% equity stake.
