Appointment of M/s P Mehta & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration Number S2018MH634500) as Secretarial Auditors for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till 2029-30 subject to approval of members at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
