SPICEJET LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on February 24 2023 (Friday) will discuss and consider inter-alia issuance of equity shares on preferential basis consequent upon conversion of outstanding liabilities into equity shares of the Company subject to applicable regulatory approvals. Further the Board of Directors will also discuss and consider options for raising fresh capital through issue of eligible securities to qualified institutional buyers subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
