Ahuja CMD (DIN: 00064596) as Managing Director of the company w.e.f. 1st January 2026 for a period of 3 years subject to approval of members/ shareholders of the company (b) Appointment of Mr. Mann A. Ahuja (DIN: 09653989) as an Additional Non - Executive Non- Independent Director of the company w.e.f. 23rd July 2025 subject to approval of the members/ shareholders of the company
