Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Company inter alia has considered and approved the following: -1. Issuance and allotment of up to 11744731 (One Crore Seventeen Lakh Forty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty One) of face value of Rs.2 (Rupees Two Only) to the non-promoters on preferential basis for consideration other than cash in terms of Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 (the ICDR Regulations) as amended Companies Act 2013 and other applicable laws at price of Rs.13/- (Rupees Thirteen Only) per share.2. With reference to the Relevant Date i.e. Friday December 19 2025 which is 30 days prior to the date of EOGM.3. Approved the draft Notice of EOGM to be held on January 18 2026 through Video Conferencing.4. Appointment of Mrs. Rupal Patel as Scrutinizer for EOGM.5. To Appoint Mr. Satish I Patel (DIN: 11413031) as an additional director(Whole-Time Director) of the Company.

Super Crop Safe Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve As per Regulation 29 read with other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the 236th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday December 192025 inter alia to consider and approve the following:-1. Preferential Issue of shares and/or warrants as per Chapter V and in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (ICDR) Regulations 2018 to non-promoters for cash consideration (conversion of Loan) subject to approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required under applicable laws;2. To appoint Mr. Satish I Patel as an additional director (Whole-time Director) (DIN: 11413031) in place of late Mr. Ishwarbhai B Patel (DIN: 00206389) subject to approval of shareholders of the Company;3. To fix relevant date for the purpose of preferential issue;4. To fix day date and time for EOGM and to appoint scrutinizer.5. Any other business with the permission of Chairman.

As per Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 Un-Audited Financial Result for the second quarter ended as on 30th September 2025 have been taken on record by the Board of Directors in their meeting held today.
