Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 we wish to inform that National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited vide both their letter(s) dated February 28 2025 having reference no. NSE/LIST/ 47207 and LOD / PREF / SV / 2/ 2024-2025 respectively have granted trading approval for the trading of 1306810 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 714/- per share allotted to the non-promoters on a preferential basis. The letters received from the Exchanges are attached herewith.
