Appointment of Provisional Liquidator

TechTrek India Ltd has informed BSE that as per Mumbai High Court order in Company application (L) no. 27 of 2014 in Company petition 617 provisional liquidator has taken possession of assets and properties of the Company lying at its register office.<BR><BR>The Company is going to file appeal against this order, which will come up for hearing in due course.
