We wish to inform you that the 43rd AGM of the Company will be held on 17 September 2025 at 11:30 A.M. and pursuant to regulation 42 of LODR Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the register of member and share transfer books will remain closed from 11th September 2025 to 17th September 2025.The Company is providing the facility to members to cast their E-vote on NSDL Portal. Evoting rights will be determined as on the cutoff date i.e. 10th September 2025 and the evoting facility shall commence from 13th September 2025 (10 a.m.) and shall end on 16th September 2025 (5 :00 P.M.).Please refer the Intimation of Book closure attached herewith for any further query.
