Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we hereby inform the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors through Circular Resolution has approved the appointment of Mrs. Anita Rajendra Malusare as Additional / Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f 29th March 2025.
