Pursuant to Companys code of conduct and as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading window for trading and dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders including Designated persons and Immediate Relatives from Tuesday 01st April 2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended 31st March 2025.
