Uniphos Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange that this is further to our letter dated 19th September, 2024, with respect to availing of Loan and creation of pledge on shares of UPL Limited. We wish to inform you that the Company has repaid the entire loan along with interest on 30th December, 2024, and accordingly, the pledge on equity shares of UPL Limited held by the Company has been released.
