The Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 22nd May 2025 has interalia considered and based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee approved the appointment of M/s. P K M B & Co. Chartered Accountants as the internal auditors of Satna Unit of the Company.
