Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has received approval from the Registrar of Companies Mumbai granting an extension under Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013. The extension allows the Company an additional period of one (1) month and fifteen (15) days i.e. up to 15 November 2025 for convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025
