Corporate Action- Record Date For Bonus Issue Is 11.06.2025.

The company has fixed Wednesday 11th June 2025 as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of Shareholders for the Issue of Bonus Shares in the Ratio 3:2 ie Three fully paid Equity Shares for Every Two fully paid Equity Shares. Further deemed date of Allotment of Bonus shall be 12th June 2025
