Wallfort Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith notice of the meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31st 2025.

In Compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Despositories and Participants) Regulation 2018 please find the enclosed herewith copy of Certificate recieved from Satellite Corporate Service Pvt Ltd the registrar and share transfer agent of the Company for the Quarter for the Quarter ended 31st Decemeber 2025. We request you to take the same on record and acknowledge the reciept of the same.

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons please note that Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Desiganted persons (as defined in the code) from 1st January 2026 for the purpose of consideration of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025.The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025 become generally available.

With reference to the captioned subject we submit herewith the E-Paper with respect to publication of Unaduited Financial Results for Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September 2025 published in the Financial Express and Mumbai Lakshadeep daily newspapers on 14th November 2025 pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015.Kindly take the above on the records.
