Nivyah Infrastructure & Telecom Services Ltd has informed BSE that the adjourned Board meeting which was supposed to be held on February 22 2017 at 2:30 P.M. at the corporate office of the Company was adjourned due to last minute intimation of non-availability of one of the Director of the Company due to some emergency and which led to lack of quorum.<BR><BR>The adjourned Board meeting shall be now convened on Friday March 03 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at the corporate office of the company. The Agenda of the Board meeting shall be the same as intimated earlier.
