Wheels India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 27 2025 inter-alia has noted and approved the following: <BR><BR>- Dividend: The Board of Directors have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.5/- (45%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ending March 31 2025. The said dividend will be paid on or before February 25 2025.
