The Company would like to inform you that the Honble NCLAT vide its order dated July 28 2025 has permitted to withdrawal of appeal filed by the appellant and granted liberty to file appropriate application for withdrawal of CIRP on the basis of settlement at Ld. NCLT Mumbai in accordance with Section 12A of the IBC 2016.
