Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has formed a joint venture with Kanodia Group's real estate venture Kreeva to develop a luxury residential project in Gurugram.
The land is located at Sector 46, Gurugram.
Spanning across 1.74 acres, the project will consist of luxury apartments, targeting homebuyers in the National Capital Region (NCR), the company said in a statement.
Venkatesh Gopalakrishnan, Director Group Promoter's Office, MD & CEO, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE), said, "We are excited to partner with KREEVA (Kanodia Real Estate Venture Arm) to bring our expertise in real estate development to Gurugram's Sector 46".

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) on Tuesday reported a 32 per cent year-on-year growth in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 576.61 crore for the three months ended September 2024.
The HDFC AMC's profit after tax stood at Rs 436.52 crore in the same quarter of the preceding financial year (FY24).
Its total income rose 38 per cent to 1,058.19 crore in the July-September quarter from Rs 765.35 crore in the year-ago period, HDFC AMC said in a stock exchange filing.
For the half-year ended September 2024, the company logged a PAT of Rs 1,180.37 crore and a total income of Rs 2,007 crore.
Shares of HDFC AMC were trading 1.11 per cent higher at Rs 4533 on the BSE around 3 pm.

The Mumbai police have arrested one more person in connection with the killing of NCP leader and former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, officials said on Tuesday.
The accused, identified as Harishkumar Balakram (23), hailing from Bahraich in Uttar Pradesh, was involved in providing money and other logistical support to the shooters, an official said.
Balakram worked as a scrap dealer in Warje area of Maharashtra's Pune, he said.
A crime branch team apprehended him from Bahraich in UP on Monday and brought him to Mumbai on Tuesday morning, the official said.
With this, four persons have so far been arrested in connection with Siddique's killing.
Police had earlier arrested Haryana resident Gurmail Baljit Singh (23), Uttar Pradesh native Dharmaraj Rajesh Kashyap (19), both alleged shooters, and "co-conspirator" Pravin Lonkar from Pune.
Another suspected shooter Shivkumar Gautam, who hails from Bahraich, is on the run.
