25 paisa coins fade away into history

The twenty-five paisa coin will fade away into history as the Indian government would withdraw it from circulation from Friday.The coin, which will be demonetized or cease to be legal tender,has become a collector's item.In December 2010,the central finance ministry had decided to pull out the 25 paise coin and coins of below denomination from circulation from June 30,due to the rise in metal prices,drastic fall in usage and high inflation.
