Congress restricted Army from taking strong step against terrorists: PM Modi

Kathua (J and K), Apr 14 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a public rally in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua. He slammed Congress by saying that it has never has trust on Indian Army. "Congress always underestimated Indian Army, Congress doubts on Army. Congress stopped Army from taking strong step against terrorists," said PM Modi.
