Kamjong (Manipur), Mar 19 (ANI): As normalcy returns in Chassad village in Kamjong district, the remnants of burnt houses and two wheelers that were set on fire were the first sight visible as one enters the village. "Around 100 houses may have been burnt, but factual report can be confirmed after the fact finding committee visits," said Deputy Commissioner Kengoo Zuringla. Smoke was still coming out from few of the burnt houses and there were women looking at the houses and weeping helplessly. Few women with kids were feeding their babies in the tents. Children were seen looking for things around the remains of the burnt houses. The violence broke out due to alleged inter-village land dispute.
