Explained | Why is Delhi-NCR colder than hills like Mussoorie and Shimla this winter?
Delhi, Gurugram and nearby cities have been shivering under the cold wave over the past few days. And shockingly, as you may have noticed, temperatures in Delhi and other plains in northern India have been lower than in hill stations like Shimla, Mussoorie, and Nainital.
