Finance Secretary K V Subramanian talks about Union Budget 20-21

New Delhi, Feb 02 (ANI): Finance Secretary K V Subramanian threw some light on Union Budget 2020-21 presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on February 1. "If we talk about the message of Budget, I would say it is about financial sector," said Subramanian.
