Himachal Pradesh freezes following fresh snow spell

Kullu (HP)/ Shimla (HP), Jan 17 (ANI): Thick layer of snow covered parts of Himachal Pradesh on January 17 after heavy snowfall. Landscape turned white in Kullu and Shimla. Traffic has also been affected partially.
