Himachal Pradesh's Koksar receives fresh snowfall

Lahaul-Spiti (Himachal Pradesh), Dec 22 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh's Koksar area in Lahaul and Spiti district was covered in a thick blanket of snow. Normal life got affected following the snowfall. Vehicular movement was partially disrupted. The temperature of Koksar was recorded -8 degree Celsius on Sunday.
