Important to set harsh example to create fear among rapists: Jaya Bachchan

New Delhi, Dec 03 (ANI): Samajwadi Party (SP) Jaya Bachchan on her statement in Rajya Sabha over rape cases, asserted that it is important to set a harsh example to create fear among rapists. "It is important to set an example, government made all efforts, law made all efforts, but until there's a step which is very harsh maybe it can develop fear inside people," said Jaya Bachchan. "The solution starts from home, education system. I think these people should be publically humiliated. Pictures of police, who deny reporting the incident, should be displayed out in public," she further added.
