Rishikesh (Uttarakhand), Mar 17 (ANI): Amid the increasing number of deaths of elephants in the country, the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) Moradabad division installed honey bee sound system at railway tracks to prevent their deaths. Once an elephant herd is sighted, villagers at once inform the local staff about their presence, the buzzing sound is being played near the tracks to scare them away. "Till now the project has been a success," said the Divisional Railway Manager of the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) Moradabad division. Elephants have been long known to be frightened by the buzzing sound of bees and stings.
