Karnataka's Gulbarga continues to boil at 44.5 degree Celsius

Gulbarga, Apr 28 (ANI): Karnataka's Gulbarga recorded a maximum temperature of 44.5 degree Celsius on Wednesday, the highest in the state. The meteorological department has predicted that the situation will remain same for next few days. As the heat wave intensifies, people are taking shelter in public gardens and consuming liquids to beat the heat. The state has been facing major dry spell for the last two years, leading to drought and crop loss.
