LS polls: Specially-abled Vikram Agnihotri is district administration's icon for Indore

Indore (MP) Apr 11 (ANI): Ahead of Lok Sabha polls, the district administration has made a specially-abled person Vikram Agnihotri an icon for upcoming elections in Madhya Pradesh's Indore. He is a set example for those, who think themselves weak than others, it's because Vikram Agnihotri, a double amputee, drives with his legs, and is perhaps the first person without arms to get a driving License. Although, Vikram is not having his both hands, he can do all things, which a common man can do.
