Mother-daughter duo's heads tonsured for resisting molestation, 2 arrested

Vaishali (Bihar), Jun 27 (ANI): In an appalling incident of violence against women, head of mother and daughter were tonsured in Bihar's Vaishali. The atrocity took place after the duo allegedly resisted molestation. Police Official said, "Some men entered victims' home and tried to molest the daughter, when victim resisted, a ward member Khurshid called a barber and shaved their heads. 2 people have been arrested."
