Mumbai, Apr 25 (ANI): Union Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman slammed former prime minister Manmohan Singh-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government for not taking actions after Mumbai terror attacks. She said, "We are not politicising the Army. If government had taken steps for controlling terrorism after the Mumbai attacks, then the level of terrorism control would have been different." Talking about the stringent actions taken during the present Bharatiya Janata Party-led Central government, she added, "The steps we took after the Uri attack and Pulwama attack were destroying all the terrorist camps. The political will was not present after Mumbai attacks, but now it is present. Congress hesitates talking about political will, so when we talk about it, they think we are politicising Army."
